Terms of Service

A global community

THE COMPANY is a global community, not an employer. “Employee,” “Office,” “Clock in,” and related workplace terms are part of the community experience. Membership does not create an employment relationship.

Membership is not a job offer, employment contract, agency, partnership, or entitlement to wages. Employee #, Home Office, Clock out, Attendance, Work Status, and Employee ID are also part of the community experience.

Voluntary participation

There are no assigned duties, required hours, performance quotas, managers, wages, or workplace benefits. Members choose whether and how to participate.

Accounts and membership cards

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and be at least 18 years old.

An Employee Number and Community Member Card identify membership within the service. They are not proof of employment, identity, qualification, or physical access credentials.

Community content

You retain responsibility for posts, comments, images, and profile information you submit. You grant the service permission to host and display that content as needed to provide the features and visibility settings you select.

Do not post spam, harassment, impersonation, illegal content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Service behavior

Respect other members and use reporting tools in good faith. We may limit content visibility, remove content, or restrict accounts to protect the community, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain service security.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through your account menu or the operator contact below. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful activity, or misuse of community features.

Completed deletion removes the active account and owned content. Employee Numbers are permanently retired and cannot be reassigned. Restricted recovery evidence, backups, and provider logs follow the separate retention limits and safeguards in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. Store products remain Coming Soon; no checkout, payment, shipping, or order is currently offered.
